Refund policy
if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Evil Llama and Friends purchase, we will offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of you receiving your product.
eligibility:
in order to request a refund, your items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
shipping:
you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
damaged items:
please inspect your products upon receipt, and let us know immediately if they are defective or damaged. if you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at neda@evilllamaandfriends.com.
refunds:
once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email. if the refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. please note the credit may take a few business days to show on your account.
late or missing refunds:
if you have not received a refund after 5 business days, check your bank account again. then contact your credit card company, as depending on card type, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
