SHIPPING:

we lovingly pack and ship your goodies from Toronto within 2–3 business days. shipping times can vary by country. customs delays may apply; we promise it's not because the llama is being lazy.

estimated delivery times:
Canada: 3-14 business days
USA: 10-16 business days
everywhere else: 3-6 weeks

shipping costs:
calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

lost or delayed Packages:
if your order seems to have been eaten by a raccoon or abducted by postal aliens, please contact us after 21 days (domestic) or 30 days (international). we’ll help!

 

TARIFFS:

hey U.S. friends!
starting august 29, 2025, the U.S. is scrapping Section 321 (a.k.a. the de minimis rule applying to orders under $800). this means all shipments, even small ones, may now face duties, customs clearance, or other government add-ons.

what this means for you:
you might see extra charges (duties, tariffs, or handling fees) on delivery. we’ll always fill out customs forms properly, but once it leaves our hands, the fees are out of our control.

basically: we ship it, and you might have to pay a little extra when it arrives. please don’t throw raccoon tantrums at us. we don’t make the rules, we just draw sarcastic animals. 😅🦙
